A Shipping update for you.
The evolving circumstances of COVID-19 create many logistical challenges related to shipping and delivery. However, we are still exploring more shipping options. This month, we've shipped 1054 parcels to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Switzerland, Norway, Latvia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Ireland, Finland, Turkey, Ukraine, Estonia, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Singapore. So, for those of you should have received a notified email for the tracking number. If you haven’t got the tracking number, please find it on Backerkit or feel free to DM us.
For those of you that have ordered multiple products, please note that your packages may arrive at different times. If you're bummed about not receiving your rewards yet, we understand. Please trust us, we're doing everything we can to get your rewards in your hands as quickly and safely as possible.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. A lot of you have already received your packages, and some will receive them soon. In the months affected by the epidemic, it felt like we were moving mountains to fulfill these orders, certainly we will not give up until the last reward is completed.
Last week, we sent a run of 435 shipments to Australia, for our backers in Australia, you are available to get your tracking number on Backerkit. Kindly note that a small part of shipments to Australia are waiting for shipping and will be included in our next run, since there are still some areas are locking down.
We understand that there a number of people who we still haven’t get your tracking number. Whether you are in the city on lockdown, whether in the area severely affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, please rest assured, you’ll get your rewards. Next, we are expected to send out the rest of unfulfilled rewards, keeping to explore other viable shipping options to send out the rewards as much as we can.

It is a quick update on our fulfillment status.
So far, 76% of rewards have been fulfilled. Last week, we send out a run of 1263 rewards to a part of European countries (the UK, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Austria, Sweden), the US and Japan.
- 96 rewards to Japan
- 446 rewards to the US
- 721 rewards to European countries
For those backers, your rewards may have been delivered, or are in the hands of shipping carriers, and the tracking number have been updated on Backerkit.
The shipments to Vietnam, Philippine, and some European countries (Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Czech Republic, Greece, The Slovak Republic, Bulgaria, Romania) are still processing, which will be delivered to the warehouse soon. We're pushing hard to get these rewards shipped out by the end of next week at the latest. Next 24 hours, please closely follow up the update on tracking number on Backerkit, you will receive a notification email.
To the backers out there who have yet to get a shipping notification, or who haven’t received your rewards, we'd like to extend our immense gratitude for your patience and support. Although the epidemic effects all sides in our business, we are pulling every string we can in our fulfillment. we'll be releasing more rewards shipments over the coming weeks!
