New On Kickstarter
If you are new to Kickstarter, you might be thinking, “I made my pledge, but where do I fill in my address?” Don’t worry, you will receive a survey after the campaign ends, and this is where you can input your information.
Add-Ons
Some backers want to back 3 Radiant Slings. Here’s what you could do if this applies to you: We’ll use the BackerKit system to accomplish the fulfillment process. After our campaign ends, your information will be transferred to BackerKit, and you could make your own add-ons options.
Design For Left and Right Side
Radiant Sling is designed to be worn both on the left and right side without comprising the Rapid-retract feature. The model we used on the page is the right shoulder user.
Semi-open Storage
We understand your concern about things falling out from the semi-open storage when switching sides. We already got that covered when we designed Radiant. The semi-open storage system is designed to carry fairly large items that were not able to fit in a compact sling pack - such as a bike lock, water bottle, umbrella, and portable 10000-20000mAh battery. Radiant takes two precautions to prevent things from falling out: 1) the spandex layer. This can fully wrap around the bottom of your bottle or umbrella, and can serve as a soft pouch for portable batteries; 2) slipknot closure literally "closes the door" on the semi-open compartment. For small, frequently used items, please put them into the front pocket with the zipper for the best protection.
Black Color
Radiant only comes in black, despite the fact that we really want to offer more colorways in this campaign, we just couldn’t as it will dramatically increase the complexity of production management. Fabric test, minimum quantity and lead time of each color …etc, all these variable factors will put our fulfillment in great jeopardy. Simply put, we might have to delay the fulfillment for at least two months as we need time to collect the data and place fabric order, for rare color that we may not be able to reach the MOQ, we might have to wait longer.
The priority goal for this campaign is to deliver this product to our fellow backers as promised, good design with great quality, and most importantly, to put them into your hand on time. I really hope that you can understand.
Tablet Size
Many backers are asking if Surface Pro, iPad Pro or other tablets can be fit into the bag.
Start Production
In order to deliver the Radiant in time to all backers, we have ordered enough raw materials to produce 3,500 bags so that we could begin mass production immediately. Everything is going along swimmingly.
