Delay Shipment

Hi Radiant backers,
An update on a shipment:
We have been keeping a close eye on manufacturing to make sure everything is running smoothly, one of our NIID team members is held up in manufacturing. Some good news is that as per our frontline staff in Asia that all workforce were all back to our OEM factories thus production is at full speed now.
The COVID-19 outbreak is something we can’t predict and as a result, has suspended shipping activities. We got feedback from our logistics company yesterday that a lot of international flights are canceled because airplanes are now being used to transport COVID-19 medical supplies. We are also trying to contact other express companies, and we had the same result. Meanwhile, we are still trying to explore other viable shipping options to make sure that you can receive the bag at the earliest possibility.
At this point, we have no choice but to put off a shipment in April. We do understand that this delay may make you annoyed, especially for backers who can’t wait to test and try out their bags. Please rest assured that we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates on the shipment. We appreciate your understanding and are doing our best to send out the rewards ASAP.

We just got back from Asia this week and are excited to update you on the progress.
We have great news to share, we are going to start shipping now, the first shipment is landed in our warehouse, we anticipate we will have all black option rewards sent out to you by the end of March. If you need to change your shipping address now, we are sorry that your address has been locked.

We’re going to cover some updates around the manufacturing here on this update. Just everyone can saw, we are still working day and night, and now the tailoring is in process.
Delivering your rewards to you in March is our main goal, and we’ve been working diligently to ensure that everything we are doing will deliver the best experience.

Hello Radiant backers,
Our campaign broke $784,943 Holy wow!
FIRST OFF, THANK YOU!
We never thought that the Radiant would be supported by so many people. This journey has not only given us a lot of valuable experience but also more confidence and courage to launch our products on the market. We, the NIID Team, would like to thank you again.
Here’s what we are going to do for the next steps:
1. BEGIN PRODUCTION
It’s just the beginning. In order to deliver the Radiant in time to all backers, we have ordered enough raw materials to produce 2000 pieces so that we could begin mass production immediately. Everything is going along swimmingly.
2. ABOUT SHIPPING
We have several logistics partners to double back on our promise to ensure that our backers will receive the Radiant sling bag on time. We will provide regional shipping from China, Hong Kong, EU, and the USA if there are enough backers in each region, tracking numbers will be offered through our carriers.
3. SURVEY WILL BE SENT IN 3-4 WEEKS
We will send you a Backerkit survey to choose your colorway options and give us your shipping address information.
4. ABOUT ADD-ON ITEMS
If you want to order more than 2 bags of Radiant, you could make your add-on options on Backerkit survey.
5. Missed Out?
